Refund Policy | The Kindred Table Co
At The Kindred Table Co, each service is thoughtfully planned and reserved in advance. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund terms apply:
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your booking date. For private chef experiences, events, and retreats, a 50% deposit is required. For meal preparation and delivery services, full payment may be required in advance.
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to a scheduled service may apply the deposit toward a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For meal preparation services, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling requests.
Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the scheduled service. Increases in guest count may result in additional charges. Reductions in guest count do not reduce the agreed-upon minimum service fee.
