With over a decade of experience in nutrition and a deep passion for the culinary arts, I specialize in seasonal, coastal California cuisine rooted in whole, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association & a Medically Trained Chef through Medichefs, my approach is grounded in the belief that food should be both beautiful and deeply nourishing, supporting not just the experience of gathering, but the well being of those at the table.
